Around The Tremarne Hotel we have many of  Cornwall's major attractions. The picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey is just a short stroll from the Tremarne Hotel, as are the sandy beaches at Portmellon Cove, Pentewan and Gorran Haven. For those ready to explore, the world famous Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House, are all within easy visiting distance as well as many other famous beautiful gardens and attractions.

The Coastal Path walks are spectacular - at any time of year - and not beyond even the faint hearted - just bring the right shoes... and for the more energetic horse riding, golf, cycling and fishing trips are all close to hand.

Fishing trips, a ferry to Fowey, good restaurants/pubs and plenty of parking is available for your visit to Mevagissey. This small historic fishing village is in a delightful position on an attractive stretch of coastline and on the coastal footpath offering some lovely walks.

Heligan is one of the most mysterious gardens in England. It was lost to the brambles of time but now restored to Heligan’s 200 acres of paradise for the explorer, wildlife, plant lover and garden romantic... All garden lovers must visit Heligan.
