Tremarne Hotel Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be notified in writing or by email
Charges
A deposit of the first nights accommodation is taken at time of reservation that is non-refundable.If a reservation is cancelled the first nights accommodation will be charged regardless of how long in advance the reservation is cancelled.
Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation. However if we are unable to re-let the accommodation we reserve the right to charge 50% of the accommodation for cancellations less than 28 days prior to the due start date.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of the due date of arrival 100% of the accommodation will be charged.
Any cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit held and the balance will be charged against the credit card number supplied to secure the booking.
No Show Charges
A credit or debit card must guarantee all bookings.Failure to arrive will result in a no show charge being charged to your credit card up to the rack rate of the room booked.
This booking is a legally binding contract between the guest and the Hotel. To prevent any potential loss due to cancellation we strongly advise that adequate holiday insurance is taken out to cover any potential loss.
